My original quote over the phone was higher than what it was after Brock measured the rooms and made sure I got the best price available. I will be a life long customer of green clean.

Brock and Rob did a great job. This company pays attention to ALL the details, including floor protectors on areas they are walking over, corner protectors for the doorways where they have to pull hoses through, shoe covers every single time they come into the house, and thoroughly cleaning every inch of the flooring and upholstery that I am paying for them to clean!Thoroughly impressed!👍

They had the equipment to dry everything within 3 days.The rehab team worked with us to get drywall and trim back quickly. Our basement flooded due to a failed sump pump. Green Clean showed up immediately and conducted a very extensive assessment of the project, explained all of the mitigation steps they would take and offered to start immediately or in a few days if we needed to think it over. I initially called for carpet cleaning and they did a thorough job of evaluating the situation, locating all the problem areas, and explaining the process and cost. Ultimately, it made more sense to replace the carpet. They did a really great job of giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision.Fast forward a few weeks later, and I reached out to get information on the remediation of the lingering smell. Chad spent 30 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions, giving production and process recommendations on how to remedy the situation. Again, it was more sensible to do most of the work myself. I cannot express how HELPFUL and knowledgeable he was. He was incredibly generous with his time. AND gave some words of support (which we needed with the chaos of the project)They have created a trust relationship with me as a customer, and I will be glad to call them out for carpet and mattress cleaning in the future. And should I find myself with a bigger cleanup, they will be my first and only call.
