Before you give your business to any carpet cleaning company, there are three questions you must consider:
1) What does your carpet’s manufacturer recommend?
If your carpet is still under warranty, don’t risk voiding it. The various fibers used in making carpet respond in different ways, so this is important to know. The use of certain types of chemicals, such as cationic or those having a pH higher than 10, may void your warranty.
2) How long has the business you are considering hiring been in operation?
Reputation and experience is important in our industry when your home investment is at stake. If you have not received a personal recommendation from a trusted source, you may want to search online for reviews.
3) What products will you be using to clean my carpet?
We are all exposed to chemicals all day long. It pays to reduce risk as much as possible by using green cleaning solutions and treatments wherever possible in your home. A healthy environment is priceless. Green Clean provides each of its clients with a bottle of Axiom Clean™ Spotter, which has the Professional Seal of Approval from the Carpet and Rug Institute.
